Before the transformation, the rooftop was nothing more than a vast concrete expanse with no greenery, no shade, and no welcoming atmosphere. While the hotel boasted panoramic city views, the lack of landscaping and thoughtful design meant the space remained largely unused.

Without seating or sheltered areas, guests had little reason to visit, and the rooftop failed to live up to its full potential. The hotel owners recognized that a well-designed rooftop garden could not only increase guest satisfaction but also serve as a unique selling point, setting their boutique property apart in a competitive hospitality market.

A Vibrant, Eco-Friendly Escape

To bring their vision to life, we introduced a dynamic rooftop garden that balanced beauty, functionality, and sustainability. Raised garden beds lined the perimeter, filled with a curated selection of native and drought-resistant plants to withstand the urban climate.
